CO-OP CHANNELS

There's a variety of ways a customer can shop Co-op.

CO-OP (tCG)

All stores owned by the Co-op Group.

FRANCHISE

Franchise stores look and feel like a Co-op but are operated by independent businesses.

CO-OP WHOLESALE

Co-op Wholesale Limited (previously called Nisa Retail Limited) is the wholesale arm of our Co-op business and is a Co-op Group company.

Nisa customers (which include Nisa branded stores and independently branded stores) are separate businesses to Co-op Wholesale and are not owned by Co-op. These stores operate differently to our Co-op stores because they’re independently owned, so they have the freedom to stock, merchandise and run the promotion in their stores as they wish.

Q-COMMERCE

Our online channels are one of the newest and most exciting ways we get product to our customers in a way that's truly convenient.

Over 55% of the population can now order online with us, that's over 1600 stores in 450+ locations through our website, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Starship, and Amazon.

FRTS

FRTS is the legal entity that governs the buying group under which independent co-operative societies (ISMs) contract with Co-op Group for the provision of services to those ISMs, namely, buying of goods.

PECKISH

Peckish is the rapid delivery app launched by Co-op to help independent retailers offer online shopping and delivery services to customers.
