Co-op Connect data freeze - September 2025

Article changes Data Freeze

To support the delivery of internal improvements, during the period of 9th September 2025 and 21st September 2025 there is a freeze on amends to existing articles in Co-op Connect.

All other activity in Co-op Connect can still be operated as normal, including the creation of new articles, as this freeze strictly applies to amends on existing articles.

Below is breakdown of the timeline for clarity on what to expect along with key SLA’s.
