I’m reaching out as the newly appointed Group Chief Commercial and Logistics Officer, leading our recently formed Group Commercial and Logistics (GCL) division.

We understand that any organisational change can bring uncertainty, and I want to personally acknowledge the impact this may have had on you and your teams. Our suppliers are vital to our success, and your experience, insight, and partnership matter deeply to us.

Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be reaching out to better understand your concerns, questions, and ideas. As part of this, we’ve created an anonymous feedback form to give you a safe and confidential way to share your thoughts. Every response will be treated with care and respect.

We’d appreciate your feedback ahead of the first tranche of our supplier listening groups, and these will be facilitated by our Supplier Engagement Team. Each group will be composed of a small number of our suppliers, and these sessions present us with an opportunity to hear directly from you and build stronger, more collaborative relationships.

Please note we won't be recording these sessions. So, if we're unable to offer you a place on a listening group this time, please be assured that we'll be holding more going forward. We’ll keep you informed about future opportunities to join one of our listening groups.
