How do I access the new platform?

You'll continue to log in via MyApps as you do today. You'll notice a tile titled Co-op Connect [New], which is where you'll access the new platform.

If you can’t see the Co‑op Connect tiles, click the org structure icon at the top right of your screen. From there, you can switch between visibility of your own organisation’s apps and Co‑op apps.

How do I use the new portal?

The new system operates in a similar way to the existing Co-op Connect, so you should be able to navigate it as you do today.

We've updated our user guides with helpful screenshots, which you can access in the existing portal. To access these, select Help & Support from the navigation menu, then choose Help Topic.

Following the phase 2 migration, these guides will be available in the new Co-op Connect platform and can be accessed in the same way.

Are there any other changes?

Yes. As part of the Phase 2 deployment, shelf-life derogations for Ambient and Frozen products will move into the new Co-op Connect platform. The temporary process currently in place will therefore be removed from 1 September 2026.

How can I access my Forecasting data?

Forecast data can be accessed as normal in the Reports section of the new Co-op Connect platform.

GETTING HELP

I have a question that’s not answered here. How can I get help?

If you have a technical issue and need to raise it, you should follow the normal routes for support.

We've also updated our user guides, which you can currently access via the existing supplier portal. To access these, select Help & Support from the navigation menu, then choose Help Topic.

From 1 September, all user guides and support materials will be available in the new Co-op Connect platform and can be accessed in the same way.
