On Saturday 10 October, we’ll be upgrading our SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) system.

As part of this one-off upgrade, our overnight processing will take longer than usual.

This means some orders on Sunday 11 October will be sent later than normal.

We’ve carefully planned and tested the upgrade to keep disruption to a minimum.

Ambient & Frozen Suppliers

No orders will be sent*

* We normally send very few Ambient and Frozen orders on a Sunday. To help reduce risk during the upgrade, we’ll not be sending any Ambient or Frozen orders on this day.
