I need to submit a dispute

The disputes process has not changed and you should still use Co-op Connect for this. You will note when you log in that the AR disputes screen has changed slightly, but the process is the same. Note that disputes can now be submitted, following deployment of the new invoice dispute feature over the 11/12 October.

I need to check my organisational details, backup invoices or approved promotions

Co-op Connect is still the way in which you view and update your organisational contact names and email addresses, as well as view backup invoices, and approved promotions.
